
Kaja Keil
Kaja Keil is a passionate ayurvedic cook and true inspirer, lifelong student of Ayurveda, Yoga and other Vedic sciences. After first encountering Ayurveda in the late 90s, it remained just a hobby for a dozen years and continued with more serious studies years later. Always with short breaks, consciously leaving time to digest and practice. Most influential persons in her Vedic path among other great teachers have also been since very beginning Dr. Robert Svoboda and Dr. Claudia Welch.
Before dedicating herself fully to Ayurveda Kaja was active in finances and several cultural projects in Estonia, Argentina and Germany, which all gave her valuable experience working with people from different ages, cultures, arts. Living now in Estonia Kaja has conducted various practical workshops, lectures, cooking masterclasses and authored her first Ayurveda book in Estonia called “Tastes of Life. Practical Ayurveda”. Kaja is a guest teacher in the Kitchen Alchemy segment of Satsangam’s Embodied Ayurveda & Yoga course.
